Delivery Information

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Customer is responsible for ALL customs, duties, taxes, and other fees associated with international deliveries. Due to various customs regulations and processes, all of which vary by country, time of year, and political conditions, international shipments may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

United States orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-8 days.

Please note that some products have lead times associated with them in addition to the shipping transit time. These items include but are not limited to engraved tags, embroidered collars, custom shirts, YDiD collars and all other personalized products. Orders with these items WILL SHIP COMPLETE when all items are ready.

Returns Policy

Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you order from Pawtastic Pet Supplies, we guarantee a refund (minus initial shipping charges) for all unused merchandise returned to us within 30 days from the date of your order that does not meet your satisfaction. Please contact us for return information. Damaged Items: If a product is received damaged or defective we reserve the right to replace the item or part as remedy. Shipping and product costs will be refunded if a replacement is not sent as resolution. You must report the defective/damaged product within 3 days from receipt of product for this policy to apply. After 3 days we will attempt to rectify the problem but can not guarantee a refund.
